Before Founding Mahir Chartered Consultancy in Early 2015, Naeem started Three Companies in Dubai ( UAE ). General Manager at EFES Software & IT Solutions DMCC focusing on new Business Development & Risk Management. He has worked as a Senior Financial Risk Management Consultant at Dark Room Recreational Playground L.L.C. He has also worked as a General Manager of an Consultancy company in UAE. Previously, Naeem held various Management positions in Pakistan at Nishat Group and TRG Pakistan.
